Car Finance Executive

Who are they?

Founded in a coffee shop, this company is now one of the leading players in the online car finance revolution, helping thousands of customers find their perfect car at the perfect price.

What does the job entail?

They are looking to expand their team and hire more Car Buying Experts who will provide a pain-free car buying service to customers nationwide.

You'll listen to your customer's wants and requirements and then work efficiently to match them with their dream car and the perfect deal to suit them.

Perhaps other than purchasing a house, buying a car is one of the biggest and most important financial decisions a person will make. As one of their Experts, it's your job to make sure the decision is as simple and stress-free as possible, from the initial conversation all the way through to the final deal.

You aren't just here to help find the best finance deal. You're here to guide your customer as they navigate the labyrinth of the 300,000+ vehicles and countless finance options available to them.

You will receive a basic salary of £20,000 with a very realistic £35,000 OTE. Their highest performers will move closer to £50,000.

Their working hours are 10am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm on Saturday, and 10am to 6pm on Sunday. You will be required to work 40 hours per week with extended hours available.

A regular shift pattern will include evening shifts and weekend hours to ensure they are always there for our customers, at the times most convenient for them.

What do they expect from you?

- You will have at least 12 months experience in a Sales role.
- You will be self-motivated, constantly aiming to exceed your monthly targets.
- You will be tech savvy, with the ability to type accurately and quickly in order to communicate with customers over live chat.
- You will be fully compliant with, and adhere to, the FCA guidelines.
- You will be passionate about working as part of a team, and able to develop new ideas to help us grow as a company.
- You will be highly organised with great attention to detail.
