Locality Manager

We are working with a very highly regarded and respected care organisation based across the UK to recruit for a locality manager to be based in East London..!!!

This organisation, which focuses on mental health services has been established for a number of years and during this period, have proven themselves to be one of the industry leaders in Mental Health care services.

We are now recruiting for a locality manager to manage services including supported living, community links, and employment services based in Barking, Redbridge, Dagenham and Waltham Forest. As a locality manager, you will have up to 8 direct reports including three team leaders who head up the services. The role will include business development duties and budget management duties so experience of this would be highly advantageous to you in this job.

Joining this enthusiastic and talented team, you are likely to be someone who likes organisation, order, and has a methodical approach. Managing multiple services definitely requires strong organisation skills and an excellent memory to remember all of the in`s and out`s of various services.

In addition to these qualities, you will also need a QCF Level 5 or degree in a relevant subject as well as 3+ years of experience working within a similar role (this could be an area manager, locality manager, multi-site manager, regional manager etc) and strong operational skills to manage budgets and multiple service types.

In return to your hard work and consistency, you will be offered a salary of up to £36,000, which is negotiable depending on your experience.
