About the role
We are looking for a Housing Officer to help us deliver our new approach to tenancy and estate management. Working as part of a team providing a front line housing service including a comprehensive tenancy and estate management service to our tenants.

About you
A positive and enthusiastic individual, you pride yourself on your customer focus and can-do attitude.  You will be up for a challenge and seek opportunities to improve service delivery for our customers.  You will enjoy a busy and varied workload and know how to juggle priorities.

You will have experience of working in a customer-focused environment dealing with a range of enquiries via the telephone and face to face, and ideally housing-related experience. You will need to have a driving licence and use of a vehicle.

About Us
Fortis Living is an ambitious, forward thinking social housing business with over 15,000 properties across the Midlands. Working with us is more than just a job. We value the contribution that our staff make to our business and offer lots of opportunities for you to get involved - from helping to design our policies and connecting with colleagues through to some fun community events and projects. If this sounds like the place for you then we’d love to hear from you.

Interviews: 19th November 2018
