Martec Training are recruiting a Learner Engagement Officer 4.5 days a week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and interviewing all learners applying, marketing the courses offered and supporting young people in work placements through regular visits and contact. Candidates must be able to demonstrate initiative in how to recruit learners onto programmes. A background of working with young people is preferred but not essential.
