Come and join our hardworking and friendly PMP Recruitment team as a Part Time Site Consultant at a state of the art facility in Hortonwood, Telford, TF1 7FS. We are looking for someone who is hardworking and dedicated to join a busy office at our clients automotive site.
Pay rate as a PMP Recruitment consultant is GBP9.00 per hour.
Shift times will be 08:00 until 14:00. The role of a site consultant offers 6 hours per day, 4 days per week. With lots of opportunity for overtime!
Working with PMP Recruitment as a site consultant, your duties will include delivering H&S, quality presentations and liaising with candidates who are applying for work. Attention to detail is key for reviewing ID documentation and carrying out 121 Interviews. The consultant role will require a confident and friendly individual who is able to take the lead in recruitment activity each day.
There will be a detailed, intense internal training process, with additional external training available.
Experience in recruitment is preferred, but not essential.
Site Consultant Job Role:
1 Customer Service - To develop and deliver a professional and courteous service and relationship with the hiring client based on the provision of excellent customer service and the effective operation of a client specific Service Level Agreement.
1 Labour Supply & Supervision - To ensure all workers comply with site rules. Workwear rules; arriving on the shop floor on time, returning promptly after breaks and leaving site on time and in an orderly manner.
1 Induction & Training - To ensure that all workers are fully briefed, inducted and trained on site rules, hygiene, quality, safety issues and job specific requirements as applicable in line with the hiring client's instructions and requirements.
This is a 6 month temporary contract with the potential for extension.
