I am currently working alongside an exciting and expanding business near to Gravesend who are looking for an HR Assistant to join their team.
This will be a busy and varied role, where 2 shifts will never be the same! The role will work on a 4 day on, 4 day off rota and will be covering the evening shift. You will be working closely with the Night Shift Manager to ensure all HR duties are completed to a high standard.

Responsibilities
* Staff inductions and contracts
* Recruitment of night shift staff
* Monitoring holidays/ pay/ absence
* Acquiring Right to Work and documentation for staff
* Managing disciplinary actions from start to finish
* Supporting other departments with project work
Skills and attributes necessary
* Previous HR Experience
* Confident over the phone
* Computer literate
* Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
* CIPD qualification is not essential but would be beneficial
* Excellent communicator- patient and understanding
