A well known entertainment company based in Brentford, West London is looking for a Data Operations Analyst. You will be responsible for gathering data from various systems to support the Operations Team. You MUST have excellent numerical skills and Advanced Excel (must be able to do v-lookups and pivot tables). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has analytical and problem solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Operations
* Providing data on all matters relating to payroll across the Group as necessary
* Supporting Finance on payroll budget preparation for all branches
* Reporting: Cost analysis , data gathering, producing reports
* Admissions forecasts
* Extracting information from HR database for Regional Managers and Senior Operations Team
* Keeping track of actual weekly admissions and thresholds achieved and advise changes
* Working with Operations to highlight and identify payroll trends
* Providing regular pipeline reports to Senior Operations Team
* Ad-hoc projects as requested by Line Manager
* Administration support as required
Key Skills Required:
* Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills - able to analyse and solve problems
* Good numerical skills (Maths A level or equivalent an advantage)
* Extremely strong communication skills - able to communicate clearly, effectively and in a timely manner.
* Graduate in Economics or Mathematics or any similar numerical degree
* Excellent working knowledge of Excel , using V-look ups and pivot tables
* Ideally 1 year minimum experience in an analyst
* Self-starting - is able to take independent action and goes beyond what the job or situation requires
* Results oriented - Strives to achieve high levels of individual and organisational performance
* Strong customer relationship skills.
* Good attention to detail
