Our specialist divisions are made up of Mental Health and Wellbeing, Learning Disability and Autism, Neurological Services, Children and Education and Private Health. The role of Marketing Coordinator is line managed by the Senior Marketing Manager and ultimately the Marketing Director. This exciting and varied, core role is to ensure that the administration function of the department runs smoothly whilst also supporting key marketing initiatives. Joining an established and experienced Marketing Team you will have the opportunity to work alongside them supporting them on key projects and initiatives and develop your skill set for a career in marketing. Annual salary: GBP24,000 Core duties include: * Assisting the marketing team with their work from administration to working on key design projects. * Assisting with the collation of information for promotional literature. * Proofing copy. * Helping to design key documents as requested. * Key liaison person for printers, promo items, stationary etc. * Assisting with presentations by assembling material. * Assisting and support at events. * Supporting internal communications and social, digital marketing leads. * Supporting other departments in the organisation to take part in promotional activity. * Managing estimates, quotes and invoice support in accordance with Elysium's purchasing systems. * Sourcing, branding and ordering of promotional items for internal and external events * Packaging conference material for distribution to events across the UK. * Managing core central documents and directories, keeping them current and circulating to wider group. * Maintaining marketing collateral as instructed by the Marketing Director. * Re-branding support for new acquisitions. * CRM support and cleansing, Typical working hours are 9am to 5pm but you will be required to work outside of these hours during the run up to key events and campaigns. * Great interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to build relationships internally and externally. * Have a "can do" attitude and the ability to problem solve. * A flexible and adaptable approach in an ever changing environment. * Possess excellent written and oral skills. * You will need proficiency in MS Office packages * Excellent organisational skills with an exceptional eye for detail. We would look favourably on candidates with practical experience in Adobe,Canva, InDesign or PhotoShop.
