Ecommerce Manager

We are currently looking for a new Ecommerce Manager to be responsible for our Australian and New Zealand websites. Based from our UK Head Office in Bristol you will work closely with the local teams in the territories to provide the UK bridge with regards to Ecommerce activities and be responsible for driving the sites and country digital sales forward.

You will work alongside our centralised development, trading and merchandising teams and be responsible for sales targets and web marketing spend allocation. Your mission is to deliver the industry's leading catering equipment websites, being hands on with country specific tasks, reporting and investigations including management, support & guidance on Analytics/SEO/PPC and CRO. You will be able to demonstrate your firm grasp on best practice and the latest in e-commerce developments - from Google changes to best of breed suppliers and evolving trends.

-To monitor and explain web site performance - ensuring site metrics are monitored and understood daily
-Developing and tracking of daily/weekly/monthly sales and spend, Tracking performance against budgets
-Supporting the Marketing team, to action web promotional calendar and working with our in-country analyst to provide web metrics; analysing site performance and product popularity, promotional success and initiating tests, utilising site promotional tools and emails to help refine activity and drive incremental sales
-Supporting our web technical team with the implementation of new functionality / mods / enhancements, involving testing and sign off for your markets, with understanding local vs site wide changes across the platform
-Supporting our Global PPC controller, reviewing pay-back of current campaigns and future progress of our pay per click budgets and activities including remarketing and customer audience lists

About you

-Previous experience from within a similar role with an ecommerce focus
-Knowledge and experience of tools such as Coremetrics
-Experience of Web metrics, search optimisation, PPC, and web CMS.
-Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with colleagues of all levels
-Demonstrable experience of growing an ecommerce platform
