Head of Talent Acquisition
Charles Hunter Associates is pleased to announce an exclusive new position within our organisation. We are looking to recruit our Head of Talent Acquisition, the first role of its kind within our business.
Charles Hunter Associates is a specialist social work and care recruiter based in Central Reading. We have big ambition and are growing year on year. We operate in a unique and successful market offering aspiring and current recruiters a wholly refreshing environment and culture whilst retaining the high earning potential that recruitment offers. As we continue our journey of growth and success we are looking to hire a Head of Talent Acquisition.
The Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for all hiring strategy and activity as we look to scale up our organisation over the next 3 years.
Duties include -
* Identify and network with all relevant recruiters and sales professionals in the local region
* Headhunt key hires into the business
* Work with the senior management team to build strong process and strategy for all internal recruitment
* Work with the marketing department in order to build a strong online profile of the business and our culture
* Take the lead on advertising and attraction methods
* Attend job fairs and exhibitions as required
* Offer induction training and L&D to all new hires into the business
The hire we are looking for will have existing Talent Acquisition or Internal Recruitment experience and preferably in a recruitment agency setting. We would also consider those who are working as a successful recruiter but who no longer wishes to do sales - a perfect career transition. It is most important that you display outgoing, energetic and driven attributes as well as being able to work well in a self-driven environment.
The successful hire will receive a competitive salary and bonus along with 25 days leave and an array of other benefits including healthcare, mobile telephone, laptop and pension scheme
