Astute Education specialise in recruiting contracted and permanent staff to Nurseries, Primary, Middle, Secondary and Further Education establishments around the world. The UAE government is looking to appoint Employee Services Officers to start employment in January 2019 or as soon as possible.
As part of the UAE's education reforms, they recognise that its workforce of skilled and motivated individuals who will be fundamental to making these reforms successful. In order to ensure all employees are supported, a comprehensive suite of employee services is offered. They are looking to recruit an Employee Services Officers to implement, develop and review all of the employee services.
Brief Role
* Support all stakeholders across the English Medium of Instruction department within employee services.
* Liaise directly with all sections of HR to provide effective and efficient employee services to the organization and will be key to ensuring that staff are supported.
* Follow the federal policies and procedures and perform different assignments/research as requested by the Employee Services Manager.
* Provide information in a professional manner by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
* Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time is a key component.
* Actively undertake professional development by being fully conversant with the latest developments in all areas of employee services both internally and externally.
* It is the responsibility of the ESO to ensure that they are able to interpret and explain all relevant HR policies, procedures, standards or regulations.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related subject
At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role in Human Resources and/or Employee Services with demonstrated progressive responsibilities

Excellent Tax-Free salary package
= Approximately GBP41,000 Per annum (16,000 AED per month)
