POSITION TO BE FILLED
Job Title: Temporary Mechanical Assembler Department: Assembly
Salary: GBP8.50 per hour Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 7.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday 7.30 am to 12.30 pm Friday (39 hours per week) 30 minutes lunch, 15 minutes tea break Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays
Duration of placement: 6 months 7 positions available
JOB PROFILE
1. Building machines in specification to ISO9001standards within the stated build times.
2. Using small hand tool for the build and able to follow build plans
3. To ensure all products meet both the requirements of current build lines and comply to the company wide quality standards
4. To maintain an overview of departmental and company procedures and discharge any specific responsibilities contained within them.
5. To liaise and communicate with other sub-sections as necessary.
6. To ensure the highest level of good housekeeping is maintained within your department at all times.
EXPERIENCE
Mechanical Assembly experience
Used to standing at a work station all day
Reliable,
Have a mechanical aptitude,
Possess dexterity and able to use small hand tools,
Possess a flexible working attitude
