Recruitment Hunters are recruiting for a Mortgage Customer Relations Advisor/Complaints Handler for their financial client who are a market leader based in Milton Keynes
Our client is looking for a Mortgage experienced Customer Service / Compliant Handler to work within the Quality and compliance team of this head office in Milton Keynes.
Main Responsibilities: -Mortgage Complaints
The Customer Relations Advisor's main focus of the role is to assist the Quality Assurance Manager by investigating and responding to complaints within the timescales set by the Financial Conduct Authority and this Company.
The aim of the role is to provide an excellent customer service through efficient complaints handling whilst keeping the number of complaints to a minimum.
Skills :
Attention to detail.
An excellent telephone manner is essential as the role involves high levels of contact at all levels ranging from customers to consultants and directors. Good written communication skills are essential as you will be required to compose non-standard letters and memos ability to prioritise own work.
Experience Required:-Mortgage Customer Service
Person Specification
Essential
Knowledge & Experience:
* Experience of complaint handling in a regulated environment would be an advantage.
* Ideally at least 2 years mortgage related experience.
* To hold a Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice is desirable or someone willing to work towards achieving this qualification. (CEMAP)
* Experience of using and updating Windows based computerised systems and knowledge of Word and Excel is essential.
* Educated to GCSE standard (Grade C and above) or equivalent, to include English and Mathematics. Computer literacy and accuracy of data input.
The full time Mortgage Compliant Handler role is permanent and are based in Milton Keynes. The firm are paying between GBP22,000 - GBP25,000 Depending on Experience.
