Repairs Scheduler/Planner - Fixed Term Contract (until end of March 2019)
Salary GBP27,000 per annum
An opportunity has arisen to join the Repairs Team of a housing association until the end of March 2019 as a Repairs Scheduler. The successful applicant will support the repairs function. As a repairs scheduler, they will be responsible for making sure an effective and efficient service is provided to the customers. You will have to juggle multiple competing priorities with ease and be extremely comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused and deadline-driven environment.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience of managing a wide range of different stakeholder relationships, internal and external with demonstrable written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent IT Skills, including, MS Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Evidence of the use of repairs data base
* Customer Focus and understand how the role and actions impact on customers
* Pro-actively takes action to meet customers' needs and keeps customers up to date and informed
* Experience of dealing effectively with customers in challenging situations
