Experienced L&D Facilitator required!
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a full cycle role, and work within an interactive and supporting team environment.
We are delighted to be partnering a leading global organisation who are seeking a L&D facilitator to join their Learning and Development team.
??Do you have experience in designing, building and delivering stupendous learning content for all levels of staff and management?
??Are you an expert in Leadership development?
??Do you have the ability to use your amazing people skills to build relationships in an industry that is exciting, different and customer focused?
??Do you love developing people by providing great learning opportunities and coaching to support them through their own personal development journey?
??Do you have a love of learning technologies and want to develop your skills in using them as part of an exciting learning mix?
??Do you have the ability to use Microsoft Office products like a champ and are you able to pick up new software skills quickly?
To be considered you will be a strong communicator who can deliver 121 coaching, right up to large group class room sessions autonomously. You will be innovative and creative and be able to design a wide range of learning methods.
The role will be based from home and require national travel and some overnight stays. It is a fixed term contract for 12 months, offering GBP30-35k plus car allowance.
