My client is looking to hire a HR administrator to work within their shared service centre in Northampton. This is a temp to perm opportunity with a large well known organisation.

The ideal candidate will have worked within a shared service centre and really take ownership of process improvement moving forwards. This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to really make their mark at work and have all of their idea's listened to and actioned.

The role is working in Northampton close to town centre and is working full time hours, Monday to Friday. The salary is going to be between GBP20,000.00 and GBP22,000.00 dependant on previous experience.

The role involves;

Processing new starters, leavers.

Processing maternity, pension etc.

Potentially advising staff internally.

Liaising with managers within the business to deal with issues

and any other adhoc duties.

This role has the potential to evolve in the future so if anyone is looking to sit their CIPD and progress in to a HR advisor role my client would welcome and support this.
