A Global Consultancy Organisation is seeking an experienced Data Analyst Team Leader on a contract basis to work at their Moorgate offices.
The Data Analyst Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of Data Analysts who will be responsible for testing control of privileged access accounts in order to identify specific privileged access accounts with residual risks requiring mitigation. This will involve analysing data as part of a periodic review with the aim of identifying any exceptions and remediating the risk. Strong excel skills are a must, however, the client is looking for a Data Analyst Team Leader capable of analysing and interpreting data rather than just data processors. There is also an element basic relationship management required as the Data Analyst Team Leader will need to reach out to some account holders to confirm the validity of their access.
Experience Required:
* Solid Team Leadership and motivator, proven experience in leading teams.
* Have the ability to be hands on
* Financial Services or IT background
* Strong Excel skills essential
* SQL, Cognos, Business Objects skills a big plus, but not essential
* Interpreting and analysing data
* Given large data sets, spot trends, clean data, uncover patters. There will be a traffic light system for compliance and you will be uncovering anomalies / issues
* Controls testing with privileged access would be an advantage
* Strong communications skills
