Quality and Compliance Officer
We are working with a Central London based Housing Association whom have an opportunity for a Quality and Compliance Officer to join their Repairs Team on a fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.
The main purpose of the role is to enable and enhance in the delivery of their repairs service to residents, to do this you will champion quality service delivery whilst supporting the repairs team to develop their compliance approach to running the service.
The successful applicant will use evidence to monitor performance and identify effective use of resources within the function. You will also lead on projects and support the Operations Manager with the delivery of the governance and the compliance function.
The role will be very varied with lots of scope to learn but it will also be very demanding and challenging.
To be considered you will need to have experience of staff management, demonstrable experience of delivering projects and relevant experience of managing a wide range of different stakeholder relationships, internal and external.
Interviews are due to take place week commencing the 12th November
