Account Manager

OSR Recruitment are currently supporting a manufacturing company in Norwich to find them an experienced Account Manager with at least 2 years experience within a similar industry. The salary for this position is negotiable on experience and more details can be given at a later date.

Main Duties:

• Generating sales leads for new customers to be contacted by the sales team.
• Maintain existing and new relationships with follow ups and plan setting.
• Handling key accounts and regularly recording updates to measure business levels.
• Placing customer orders, handling customer issues and other enquires.
• Supporting customer service team with telephone enquires and other administration tasks.
• Working to targets set individually and as a group.
• Maintaining email inbox and other contact platform levels.

What you need:

• Experience in an account management, B2C or B2B role.
• Excellent telephone manner with a strong ability to maintain long term relationships.
• High attention to detail and can work on your own initiative.
• Passionate about sales and account management.
• Flexibility depending on business demands.
• Have access to your own vehicle with a clean license.
