Position: IQA
Location: Rotherham and Field based
Salary: up to GBP24,000
With knowledge of the common inspection framework and the ability to guide improvement of provision amongst a team of assessors you will be a key figure in the improvement of quality within the provider.
Working with the Lead IQA and the centre manager, the position is a mixture of office based (Rotherham) and field based when monitoring and inspecting assessors, of which these areas will mainly be across Yorkshire, with the odd assessor in Manchester, Stoke, and Birmingham.
With provisions across business services and Health & Social care to level 3, your role is to provide IQA and verification of qualifications including functional skills against awarding body standards, and act as invigilator for the vocational awards.
You will assist in the monitoring of assessors and provide guidance on improvement of delivery where needed.
You will have an IQA/Verifying award and have experience of being an IQA for either Health & Social Care or professional service apprenticeships
