Job Description CMA Recruitment group are working with a well know commercial business in the Portsmouth area to recruit an Internal Recruitment specialist to support continued growth.
The Internal Recruiter is accountable for supporting heads of department in their full cycle recruitment activity from talent pooling to onboarding. You will be expected to lead; support and project manage key recruitment projects.
Responsibilities:
*To lead recruitment campaigns utilising a variety of talent attraction methodologies
*Devise strategies and practices to develop talent pools
*Support candidates throughout their on boarding process to ensure a positive recruitment experience
*Liaising with agencies and external suppliers when required
*Managing the testing /profiling process for potential employees
Candidate Requirements
*Previous experience either within an agency environment or an in-house function
*Strong knowledge of a variety of recruitment techniques - across media, websites, agencies
*Experience of running multi vacancy campaigns
*Confident and persuasive communicator, both in writing and verbally
*A resilient nature with a good sense of humour
