Recruitment Manager - Maternity Cover

We are now looking to recruit a Recruitment Manager to cover maternity on a 9 - 12 month fixed term contract basis. The role is based at our Central Support Centre in Milton Keynes but travel will be required on occasion. This position is available from the 21 st January 2019.

As part of the HR team the main purpose of the role is to support the business with senior and central based vacancies.
With a focus on delivering a consistently high quality experience for candidates and hiring managers, working in a fast paced and dynamic environment, key responsibilities in this role will include;

Personally lead the recruitment process for mid-management to senior level positions, working with key stakeholders to ensure the right balance between direct and agency hiring.
Organise the thorough and smooth on-boarding of each new hire ensuring they are welcomed and expected on their first day and are in receipt of a concise induction schedule and any equipment needed to facilitate their role.
Be the point of contact for each new hire whilst they are embedding into their new position.
Ensure all offer packs are created and issued prior to new joiner starting and oversee the compliance of new employees.
To supervise the recruitment budget and ensure job boards and spend are managed appropriately throughout the year.
Assist the Group HR Director as requested with various tasks.
All other duties as necessary.

What we look for:

The successful candidate will have previous experience within an internal recruitment manager role, ideally within the health and social care sector. Multisite experience is also a must along with superb communication and organisational skills.
You will be used to working to strict deadlines and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Stakeholder management is also a fundamental part of the role including the building of good working relationships.
