Property Manager
Location: Brighton
Salary: GBP20,000k - GBP25,500k + Company benefits
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a highly reputable organisation based in the heart of Brighton for a dynamic and customer focused Property Manager to join their busy Property Management team.
Responsibilities:
* Liaising with clients and tenants
* Action daily items from the diary, and resolving issues
* Negotiating rent reviews
* Tenancy renewals
* Check in's and checkouts
* Inventory checks
* Deposit release with tenants
* Legal notifications
* Instructing maintenance works, controlling costs
* Ensuring all regulatory requirements are met for rental properties
* Managing insurance claims
* Processing orders and checking invoices
The right candidate will have a proven property management background and have excellent knowledge of legislation surrounding the rental of properties. You will self-motivated and pro-active with the ability to problem solve within a busy working environment. You will be well organised and have excellent customer service skills.
