Pier Recruitment are assisting an international, blue-chip company in their search for a telephone-based customer service and sales representative.

This is a well know car brand who pride themselves on their exceptional level of service that they provide.

With newly renovated offices close to public transport, this is a great opportunity for a high-level customer service and sales professional to progress in to a high-earning position.

The role is telephone based and you will be taking incoming calls from customers who have already purchased from the brand, answering their queries, providing advice and upselling. You will be used to representing a high-level brand and providing the high-level of service and product knowledge expected at this level.

This is a targeted position and there is a very achievable, uncapped commission structure.

You will:

* Have experience working within a similar position
* Demonstrate experience representing a high-level, blue-chip brand
* Have a passion for providing exceptional service and helping customers
* Demonstrate experience of providing an exceptional level of service
* Have proven sales ability
* Work well to targets
* Ideally have a passion for cars and the motor industry
* Be money and service motivated

The role will include some weekends and pays a basic of GBP18,000 per annum with a very achievable OTE of GBP30,000 but this is uncapped.
