Looking to employ quickly a Part Time Permanent Customer Service Telephone Advisor – Benton, Newcastle - £9,000
Monday to Wednesday (10.00am – 2.00pm)
Thursday & Friday (4.00pm – 8.00pm)
Lily Ella was established in 2013 and is growing rapidly. We are looking to employ an organised, hard-working, reliable person who will be required to:
- answer incoming telephone calls
- process customer orders
- use and be comfortable on a PC and computer operating system
- be confident with administrative responsibility
- have a calm and natural telephone manner
- be patient and understanding to our customers
Previous call centre customer service experience would be preferred.
