Our headquarters is in London and we have other offices in Stockholm, Munich, Luxembourg and San Francisco. We are looking for an Executive Consultant to join the small and entrepreneurial Investor Relations (IR) team. The successful candidate will work across all aspects of investor relations from maintaining relationships with existing investors, to business development efforts. This is a dynamic and varied role where you will be given a lot of responsibility and autonomy. 


The Executive Consultant’s main work responsibilities will be to:

  • participate in business development efforts and ongoing management of potential clients, with a predominant focus on the Asia region, specifically in China and Korea;
  • work with internal teams to prepare fund raising materials: PPMs, DDs, track record material and any other necessary IR documentation;
  • liaise with placement agents and internal teams to coordinate IR processes;
  • post fundraising, you will be fully involved in managing relationships with LPs by providing update reports and managing bespoke requests;
  • work on the content for AGMs and advisory board meetings.


Requirements for the role


The successful candidate must possess all of the following attributes, qualifications and experiences:

  • a first class Bachelor’s grade or 2.1 from a top university required
  • a strong background in IR within private markets, primary investment, investment banking or corporate finance  
  • strong demonstrable project management and senior stakeholder management experience
  • proficient written and verbal English, Korean and Chinese – able to converse confidently with senior level professionals both internally and externally
  • faultless accuracy and attention to detail

It would be desirable for candidates to possess the following attributes:

  • MBA degree
