DUE TO THE RETIREMENT OF OUR CURRENT RETAIL MANAGER WE HAVE AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR A FULL-TIME RETAIL MANAGER BASED AT OUR BODELWYDDAN DISTRIBUTION CENTRE
We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic person, to manage our Retail Department who will:
- Oversee the daily operation of the Distribution Centre and shops including all staff and volunteers.
- Continue to expand the sales and productivity.
- Oversee the operational and organisational standards of the Retail Department.
- Implement the marketing, advertising and financial strategy as directed by senior management.
You must hold a full driving licence and would ideally be a Welsh speaker with a NVQ level 3 in Retail Management or equivalent, or ideally a Degree in Business Retail/Management (although this is not essential).
It is a demanding yet rewarding job and the salary will be dependent upon experience.
