START DATE; APRIL 2019 (FLEXIBLE)

We are seeking to appoint a talented, energetic and resourceful Business Manager to join our Senior Leadership team and head up our large support staff team. We are looking for a candidate who will motivate, challenge and inspire staff and students to be the best that they can be; someone who is enthusiastic, has high expectations and is committed to the distinctive ethos of our school.

Our Lady's RC High School has 840 students and is a mixed, 11-16 comprehensive within the family of the Diocese of Salford. The school is situated on the Higher Blackley Education Campus which opened in 2009, and is co-located with North Ridge High School, a 110 place specialist support day school for 12-19 year old students with learning difficulties. The relatively new building has good facilities and bright, flexible learning spaces allowing creativity to flourish. The real strengths of the school however, are the staff, students and governors. This is a warm, caring and happy Catholic school where staff are committed to improving students’ life chances and to ensuring the school is the very best it can be.

The successful candidate will benefit from:

  • A supportive and nurturing environment that provides high quality, professional, developmental experiences and opportunities.
  •  A strong leadership and management team who work with a dedicated and conscientious team of teachers and support staff.
  •  A committed, experienced and supportive operations team.

Prospective candidates are encouraged to visit the school to witness our vibrant and diverse community. On behalf of our students, thank you for your interest in our school.
