You will be responsible for managing a geographical area of residents across our heartland. You will deal with all tenancy related issues and will be expected to enable residents to live in a safe and happy environment. This will include dealing with tenancy sign-ups, low level anti-social behaviour, abandonments and become a local problem solver, you need to work collaboratively with others to achieve team goals and be committed to delivering excellent customer service.
In this key role you will play a vital part in helping to deliver LiveWest’s business objectives, and will have a focus on delivering the right outcomes for our residents and for us.
