What you'll be doing
You’ll be managing a team of Lettings Negotiators and Coordinators to ensure delivery of an effective and responsive lettings and voids service to a mixed portfolio of residential properties to maximize income.
You’ll monitor performance outcomes against business plan and ensure performance targets are successfully achieved.
You will lead colleagues, and work with the wider lettings team, to deliver properties to the right person at the right time, and with the right support, whilst focusing on continuous improvement and leading on projects to improve the service.

You’ll be a tenacious, organised and positive leader, with sound decision making skills.
You’ll have a proven track record of successfully managing a high performing team and be at home motivating and leading colleagues to deliver business objectives and targets.
You’ll have change management experience and the ability to identify daily and future priorities in this fast-paced environment.

When and where you'll be doing it
You will be able to work flexibly between Monday to Friday, based on our customers needs.
You will be responsible for organizing your own workload and setting your diary appointments.
