Firmly established on the local social scene, this lively tapas bar is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their team as Trainee / Commis Chef in Great Dunmow, Essex.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will use fresh, local and seasonal produce, to create great dishes.

• All training will be provided

• All chefs’ whites and equipment will be provided.

• Our client has a couple of venues and various businesses within their group.  As an entrepreneurial organisation, they are always looking to expand their business further, so getting a foot in the door at this crucial time could mean great potential for future career progression within the business.

No experience is required, but candidates must be reliable, punctual, friendly, keen to learn and enthusiastic to build a career.

In return, our client offers a generous salary of £17.5k-£21k per annum, plus tips on top, plus a £500 ‘welcome bonus’ (payable after 2 months successful service).

(Bonus is retractable if employed for less than 6 months.)
