LAW Absolute is currently working with a law firm based in Birmingham who are seeking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have previously worked as Recruitment Administrator either In House or in a recruitment agency.

Key responsibilities:

* Manage CV's sourced by agencies and directly

* Liaise with candidates and agency contacts to arrange interviews and meetings.

* Manage administration in relation to the interview process

* Advertise on the firms website and intranet

* Manage any queries that candidates may have in relation to the role and the process.

* Assist with the organisation of recruitment agency events/ briefings

* Diary management for the recruitment team

* Update agency contact information on recruitment databases.

* Follow up with new starters surrounding their start date, references and on boarding administration.

The person:

* Experience working in a recruitment administrator capacity either in an agency or In House

* Significant secretarial or administrational experience within a professional service environment

* Excellent attention to detail

* Organised

* Articulate

* Excellent telephone manner

* Good time management
