Customer Relations Consultant / Inbound Call Centre Operative

This dealer group is looking to recruit an additional Customer Relations Consultant to join the Inbound team in their Call Centre based in Brentwood. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right individual to gain entry into one of the UK's most successful Dealer Groups and build themselves a lasting career.

You will be joining a friendly team, responsible for talking to the dealerships aftersales customers and booking their vehicles into their Service Departments. You will work individually but as part of a team ensuring that customer expectation and their high standards of customer service are met.

The applicants will be polite, self-motivated and have the ability to work under pressure during busy periods. You will need to have a friendly personality with the desire to deliver the highest quality customer care. No previous experience is necessary, however a good telephone manner is essential and you must be PC literate.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
