Residential Sales Manager - Bristol

The Company

This Residential Sales Manager's position is with one of the world's leading professional services and investment management firms specializing in real estate. Providing a cradle to grave property and asset management service they work with a Blue Chip client base managing their property portfolios, acquisitions, developments, management and disposals. With a worldwide network of offices they are able to offer both international and local services and this role will be based in Bristol.

What this job involves

With an established team in Bristol, they advise on some of the most exciting and well-known property developments and projects in Bristol and across the South West and Wales. The team combines local in-depth knowledge with national and global property expertise to offer advice on land, viability, and valuations. This is a new role and will expand these services to New Homes Sales and lettings and there is commitment to grow the team.

Role

* Developing and maintaining relationships with clients

* Consultancy and strategic advice to developers

* Undertakes regular competitor reports

* Maximising new business development opportunities

* Overseeing a sales and letting team and setting sales targets

* Developing strategies, tactics and sales plans

* Representing at networking events and conferences

* Experience of City Centre new homes residential sales, preferably within Bristol

* Proven track record of successful sales and of delivering high quality customer service

* The ability to develop strong client relationships will be essential

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Motivated and driven nature

* A high degree of integrity

* Ability to use IT systems

* Proven administration and organisational skills.

* Excellent telephone and e-mail manner accompanied by strong interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of people and clients.

* A team player with a confident and proactive approach to work.

* Self-motivated, shows initiative in taking action and responding appropriately.

* Ability to work under pressure.

* Experience of working in a customer facing role.

* Knowledge of existing residential developments and upcoming developments.
