Highly successful industrial process plant in Bradford are looking to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Fitter for a permanent role.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and maintain a register of site plant and equipment
- Carry out routine inspections of plant, equipment and buildings to ensure that they are in safe working order and comply with warranty, legal and insurance requirements.
- Carry out a structured program of preventative maintenance equipment
- Respond promptly to notification of plant failure/ defect (Including out of hours cover) to establish the cause of problem and recommend appropriate corrective action.
- Assist with maintaining and recording of calibrations of plant and equipment in line with agreed schedules.
- Quickly report any potentially dangerous incidents including near misses that may lead to breakdown or malfunction
Job Details:
The job is working on a double shift, rotating mornings and afternoons. Week 1 is 7am- 3pm. Week 2 is 2pm- 10pm, with an early finish every Friday. Salary is negotiable, circa 27- 30k. There is overtime available, resulting in a good overall package.
You must be flexible to working on call, which is rota's between 3 people. Additional benefits include private medical insurance, a final salary pension scheme and a 6 monthly profit share bonus (equal to one months salary every 6 months)
