THE ROLE:

This is a rare opportunity to join a niche and growing practice as a Corporate Commercial Solicitor. A chance to undertake a most exciting and challenging position, where you will be able to develop your role as this firm expands. As the successful Corporate Commercial Solicitor you will be responsible for the management of a varied caseload which will include, drafting a range of commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, mergers & acquisitions and a range of commercial property transactions. With a minimum of 1+ PQE you will be confident in dealing with your own caseload, intellectually flexible with well developed legal skills, tempered with practical common sense.

THE CORPORATE COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR:

As the appointed legal professional you will have corporate/commercial experience gained at a private practice firm dealing with your own caseload independently. You will be confident to undertake marketing and business development activities and have some accountability for helping to develop a healthy and robust corporate/commercial department.
