They are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to work in London on a short term assignment, assisting customers within the store and recommending the most suitable products.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for music or technology who is looking to work for a global company! This would suit someone who has worked within a retail or customer service environment, who is seeking to gain more experience within a reputable company.
THE ROLE:
* As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be assisting customers within the shop, advising and recommending on various products
* Recommending the most suitable products for their needs and price bracket
* Offering a consultative approach before closing the sale
* Upselling where appropriate
* Continually develop your product knowledge
* Ensuring that the shop floor is tidy and presentable
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
THE PERSON:
* Customer Service experience is essential
* Passion for music or technology
* Ability to build rapport with customers and gain product knowledge
* Previous knowledge of using a CRM system is preferable
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Ability to work to your own initiative
* Excellent communication skills
