This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious graduate to join a fast track management programme where you will join a talented technical team with the long-term aim of working in technical management, whilst also working in various departments and learn all aspects of the business to develop your leadership and management skills.
This programme aims to recruit talented graduates who will develop a shared identity and common vision, becoming the future leaders of the organisation. Your experience
You will be a holder of a food science, food technology or related degree and be looking for a rewarding technical food manufacturing career. Any experience of working in a technical position in the food industry either from a university placement or full-time, post-grad role would be desirable. You will be highly driven and committed to your career development, with a strong ambition to become part of the management team.
