Architectural Technician (Retail)
Conrad Consulting, in partnership with a multi-disciplinary design group in Warrington are looking to secure the services of an experienced and well-qualified Architectural Technician. This position would be based within the team predominantly focussed on Retail fit-out projects, so any experience in this area would be hugely beneficial.
This company have several well-known, reputable, repeat end-user clients. They are highly thought-of in the local area and have established a fine reputation in and amongst the North-West's incredibly competitive market.
Their current vacancy would best suit an experienced Technician or Technologist with aspirations of working within a fast-paced and forward-thinking company.
We would hope you meet the following requirements:
??Relevant qualification - HNC, HND, Degree, etc.
??Minimum 2 years practical experience.
??Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal).
??Experience within the Retail sector.
??Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
??Excellent AutoCAD skills.
Salaries are negotiable for this role circa GBP25k-GBP35k.
