Housing Options Triage Officer
My client based in Kent is currently looking for a Triage Officer to work within the Housing Options team to be the public's first point of contact with the team and the role will be to make an initial assessment of whether households are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience:
* Knowledge and experience in Housing and Homelessness reduction act and all other relevant legislation.
* Administrator experience - Answering the telephone and emails
* Previous local authority experience
* Experience in undertaking face to face case work with vulnerable client groups, for example Homeless or potentially homeless, young people, offender ect.
Rate: GBP Very Competitive / Negotiable on experience
Contract Length: 3 Months +
