Reservations Supervisor
Our Reservations Team are the first point of contact for new and returning guests. By phone and email, we get to know our guests so we can make recommendations and book their perfect holiday. This can be anything from an action-packed family break or a relaxed and romantic couple’s weekend.
As we adapt in order to meet the needs of our business and guests, the environment is fast paced and there’s always something new and exciting to learn and tell guests about. Just like a family, the team support each other, problem solve together and share laughter.
The role of Reservations Supervisor is to ensure all sales leads received by the team are converted into bookings alongside providing an informative and effective ‘Bedruthan Guest Journey’ by inspiring, enabling and training the team as well as leading by example.
Key responsibilities include:
- Management and development of the team
- Generating sales leads
- Maximising revenue
- Maintaining accuracy of the hotel reservations system
- Capture and management of guest data
The ideal person will have an understanding of the mechanics of sales, experience of managing online availability, excellent planning skills and love working with people. Administration skills such as intermediate excel, advanced numeracy and literacy are essential.

£9.75 per hour
Permanent contract for 40 hours per week
