The ideal candidate must:
•Have basic skills in all aspects of building maintenance - carpentry, joinery, general building work, electrics, plumbing and plant maintenance, painting
•Have basic computer skills
•Have good customer service skills
•Be flexible and willing to adapt to occasional weekend or evening work
•Pay attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
•Own vehicle insured for business and own tools
•Health and Safety awareness
Provide a responsive repairs service for day to day repairs. Dealing with small, general items of repair and maintenance in the interior and exterior of buildings.
