As Westminster’s leading housing management company, we manage over 21,000 homes, a mix of leasehold and social housing.
We are looking for an ASB Case Manager to join our anti-social behaviour team in this varied and rewarding role that will help to make a real difference to the lives of those experiencing anti-social behaviour on our estates. You will investigate reports of anti-social behaviour made by tenants, residents, leaseholders or members of the public and take the appropriate action to resolve cases quickly to prevent further escalation.

Your caseload will be varied in risk and complexity. You will adopt a multi-agency approach to achieve the best outcomes, operating in a professional and efficient manner to deliver a high quality of service in line with policies and procedures.
We are looking for an individual with experience of delivering excellent customer service in the field of anti-social behaviour. As such you will have an understanding of issues in relation to crime and ASB and you will be up to date on current housing legislation.
