Now, we're looking for an HR Administrator to join our friendly team in London on a part time basis.

The Role

As an HR Administrator, you will support the delivery of an efficient HR service to the business.

In this admin-focused role, you'll become a superuser of our HR system, designing and creating workflows, utilising reporting functions to inform payroll processes and ensuring that all information is up-to-date. As such, great IT skills are key.

Supporting our HR Manager, you will:

- Once you've gained in-depth knowledge of the HR system, identify ways to improve workflows and processes
- Support the processing of payroll
- Support recruitment activities, including arranging interviews, sending out invitations and co-ordinating catering requirements
- Carry out a wide range of admin tasks, including preparing employee letters
- Keep the database updated with onboarding information, changes to payroll details and other employee information

About You

To join us as an HR Administrator, you'll need:

- Administration experience
- Experience of using and maintaining database information
- Strong MS Office skills, including Excel
- Great communication skills

Previous HR experience would be beneficial to your application, but this isn't essential.

We'd love to hear from you if you've worked as an Administrator, Admin Clerk, Admin Assistant, Office Administrator, Office Assistant or Customer Service Administrator.

Other companies may call this role Human Resources Administrator, HR Assistant or Human Resources Assistant.

This is a part time role, working 8:30 - 16:30 for three days a week (21 hours per week in total).
