My client is looking for a Sales Customer Service Executive with previous experience working within Manufacturing industries is essential. As this is a customer service and sales role, you must have experience in dealing with customers within a B2B environment. You are required to have excellent communication skills, interpersonally as well as on the telephone. You should also be Computer literate, numerate and articulate and have a sales and customer service background. Due to the content of work it is essential that you are good at multi-tasking.
The Role
As a Sales Customer Service Executive, you will be expected to deliver a high and consistent level of customer service, whilst maintaining a balance for the Cost to Serve as well as following and adhering to the Companies policies and procedures. This is not a hard-selling role. Listening to the customer requirement and recommending the most suitable products is a key part of the role, 90% of products are bespoke and made to the customer requirements.
* Taking enquires over the phone and via email
* Quoting on products based on a previously structured price list
* Progress chasing orders through production
* Liaising with customers continually to ensure a high level of customer service
You will also be required to build good working relationships with the Field Sales representatives. This role also requires administration such as processing customer orders, stock enquires, recording complaints, email and tracking. The successful candidate will also proactively seek ways in which cost savings for the business can be achieved.
