Claims Handler
GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 (depending on skills and experiecne)

We are working with our major Client who are recruiting experienced Claims Handlers into their growing teams.
In such a positive and expanding environment there are great opportunities to develop and progress both your knowledge and your careers.
If you have experience of handling any type of claims, for example Motor, Household, Travel, that would enable you to contribute immediately.
While Motor is a major product you can learn and be involved in other types of claims as well.
To compliment your Claims Handling experience, you will have a strong customer focus and be prepared to go the extra mile for your customers.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
* Experience in claims
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to quickly learn different claims processes and policies
* Good level of numeracy and literacy
* Ability to quickly adapt between claims products and policies
* Prioritise and manage your workload effectively
Because of our client's focus on supporting their customers, you would be part of a shift pattern between hours of 8am-8pm and it will include 1 in 3 Saturday's
