Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Negotiator/Sales Valuer to join my clients' independent Estate Agents in Leeds.
My client is seeking an experienced Negotiator who also has experience Valuing properties and is confident, a strong business generator and self-motivated.
You will be required to grow the business by valuing properties, marketing properties and selling properties.
My client is seeking an ambitious and motivated individual who is looking for flexibility, development and the ability to manage their own diary of appointments. Majority of this role will be out of the office taking properties on the market but will be office based also.
In return, my client is offering a basic salary of GBP16,000 - GBP18,000 (dependent on experience), plus commission, offering on target earnings of GBP20,000 - GBP25,000. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to come in, really make the role their own and focus on generating business and closing sales
