Title: HR Coordinator, based near Maidenhead
ASAP for up to 3 months initially
Flexible on working hours and days
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our client based near Maidenhead in their busy HR team on a temporary basis for the next 3 months initially. The successful candidate will be required to assist the Head of HR and HR Advisor in providing a professional and comprehensive Human Resource service. You will have prior HR experience and an interest and passion to work within HR and enjoy helping and supporting on a variety of important and confidential tasks. Flexible on working hours and days for the right candidate.
The Role:
You will be required to assist the HR department with all aspects of HR administration. Assisting with the Recruitment process which will involve forwarding CVs and liaising with line managers on their vacancies and arranging interviews. You will be responsible for sickness monitoring and holiday records.
Further examples of responsibilities:
* Assisting in the management of the Recruitment process from forwarding CVs and arranging interviews
* HR Administration - dealing with general HR enquiries, checking holiday entitlements, referencing, sending letters
* Provide a confidential and responsive employee welfare service
* Assisting the Head of HR and HR Advisor with arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms and taking notes at meetings as and when required
* Champion ad-hoc projects as requests
* Help in the co-ordination of payroll, chasing information, adding detail and making any changes and just coordinating payroll but not administering
Who we're looking for:
The successful candidate will be confident in managing a mixed workload of competing priorities with excellent written and oral communication skills. You will have some previous HR coordination experience and enjoy all aspects of HR. You will be self motivated with initiative and a flexible hands on attitude. You will be extremely organised and able to prioritise a busy workload. You will be good on systems and quick to learn, you will have good knowledge of MS Office and have previously worked with databases.
Working hours: Monday to Friday; 9.00 - 17.00 but can be flexible on times and days, would consider 10.00 - 16.00 and even 4 days a week.
Location: Based near Maidenhead, car parking available on site, gym and restaurant also on site.
