A great new job opportunity has arisen for a HR Service Partner to join my client in Hertfordshire, who are industry leaders in the design and manufacture of complex instrumentation equipment used in automated life science and pharmaceutical sectors
The HR Service Partner, located in Hertfordshire, will report into the Senior HR Business Partner and will provide professional support to the Human Resources. This will also include backup support for the Payroll Specialist. Responsibilities will include dealing with employee queries in relation to internal policy questions and HR processes, inputting HR related data on to the SAP system, loading and maintaining absence and holiday data, assisting in the maintenance of the payroll and benefit system, along with administering long service and recognition awards, coordinating inductions, maintaining probation reviews and training records and processing invoices.
The HR Service Partner, Hertfordshire will ideally have CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR related experience, experienced within a HR role within a challenging, flexible and fast-moving environment. Ideally, they would have experience using SAP HR and experience of using SharePoint.
