HR ADVISOR
STOKE ON TRENT
INITIAL TEMPORARY CONTRACT (COULD BECOME PERMANENT)
FULL TIME HOURS
GBP25K DOE
Based out of our client's Stoke On Trent office, the HR Advisor will be responsible for the following:
* Providing employee relations advice to line managers, including, disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, dismissals and absence management
* Supporting senior management with HR project work
* Liaising with external Employment Law provider when required
* Dealing with all HR related documentation and systems
* Providing HR support to other company sites in the UK
Interested applicants should have the following:
* A good working knowledge of employment law
* Ideally qualified to CIPD Level 5
* A proactive, hands on approach to HR
* A strong level of IT literacy including MS Word and Excel
* A full, clean driving licence due to travelling to other sites when required
